cohealth monitors and supports tenants over the age of 55 who live in high rise public housing. We help residents gain access to support and services to help maintain their independence, safety and security. The program also helps to build community connections.

Service details

cohealth’s older persons high rise program seeks out and engages tenants over the age of 55 to provide:

  • information to support lifestyle and health
  • links to community groups referrals to required health services
  • liaison with housing services

Our work aims to give older people in high rise housing an accessible point of contact. This can help them feel safer, more independent and secure while enhancing their involvement in social activities and community life.
